I provide estate planning services to individuals and families. The favorite part of my job is showing parents how to protect their kids. As a mother to two daughters, I understand why parents worry what will happen to their children if they aren’t around.
Typically, after a client asks me for assistance with estate planning, we will have an initial meeting where we will discuss the client’s finances, family situations, and the client’s wishes. After the initial meeting, I will draft the documents and send them to the client for review. Once the client has approved them, we will have a meeting at which the client will sign the documents.
Some of the documents I use are:
Last Will and Testament
Georgia Advance Directive for Health Care
Power of Attorney
Power of Attorney for Care of a Minor Child
Child Medical Consent form
Designation of Standby Guardian
Note that not all these forms are used in all situations. After you contact me, I will evaluate your situation and we will discuss what options are right for you and your family.
