I approach the estate planning process from a holistic perspective. Typically, after a client asks me for assistance with estate planning, we will have an initial meeting where we will discuss the client’s finances, family situations, and the client’s wishes. After the initial meeting, I will draft the documents and send them to the client for review. Once the client has approved them, we will have a meeting at which the client will sign the documents. No matter what your circumstances may be, I will work hard to create an estate plan that addresses your goals.
