Estate Plan Review - varies on complexity of documents and estate
- review of existing estate planning documents with recommendations for changes. This is particularly helpful for people who want to prepare their own documents online, but would like an attorney to review them. This fee can be credited against any new documents I draft.
Probate
Assistance with the probate process can be billed either hourly or as a flat fee. This fee greatly depends on the complexity of the estate and the extent to which the decedent’s family is involved. I give free initial consultations for probate and can give a quote after I get an idea of what will be involved.
Guardianships
Guardianships are billed on an hourly basis.
